So you’ve just got yourself a new bike and are looking to add on some accessories, lucky for you, we’ve done the research for you. We at Tower have put in the time testing the best bike baskets on the market and have picked a couple of our favorites. Our first being the removable front bike basket from Wald. This Wald bike basket is almost like having your own personal shopping cart. The basket can easily be removed with a slight upward movement and twist, making it easy to use on and off the bike. A lot of other removable bike baskets we found aren’t as sturdy and tend to even fall off during riding. This bike basket has a firm clamp onto the handlebars of any bike, and only comes off with an upward AND twisting motion, so normal riding and bumps won’t dislodge the basket.

This Wald basket also makes a great commuter bike basket. With its removability, it makes running errands and commuting with lots of gear easier compared to standard fixed baskets. It’ll leave you wondering how you ever put up with a fixed, attached basket in your prior bike years.

A lot of electric bikes will come without accessories like baskets, racks, and bells, and this isn’t to up-charge you on buying them, it’s to give the customer freedom in choosing their own accessories that they see best fit. We at Tower personally don’t like when bikes come stocked with accessories, as they are generally low quality baskets and racks, and you as the consumer are left with them as they are only compatible with the bike it came on. Companies will try and design their bike making only their own accessories compatible, leaving you stuck with only their designs. Our ebike experts had customization in mind when designing our best ebikes, and made sure that almost any bike accessory on the market would be compatible. What we found basket wise, was Wald bike baskets were by far our favorite.
